Posted the June Bag Tag Results. I also want to thank Spencer Larson (founder of 20 Second Fitness and 20 million 10pound) for coming out and trying our Great Sport. Spencer followed the Dewey, Shadd, Steve and Joey to see how I should be playing my game. Afterwards Cary Trotter gave Spencer some great one on one lessons. Thanks Spencer!

Yet another great article "Disc golf offers all the fun, frustration of standard game" in todays Las Vegas Sun "Living Las Vegas" (June 5th) section about the sport we all LOVE! I'd also like to thank Ray Brewer and Justin M. Bowen for taking the time to come to the park and spend time with us and learn about our great sport.

A Huge THANKS goes out to everyone for helping make Our WORLD BIGGEST DISC GOLF WEEKEND and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society / Jeff Flores Fundraiser a HUGE success with over 130 people showing up!! Sunset Park collected $440 in donations. Mountain Crest Park collected $824 in donations, $40 from Lindsay Hameloth's Custom Jewelry, $40 from Baskethead, $262 from Auctioned items and Bears Best CC donated a round of ball golf for 2 which brought $76 making the Mountain Crest grand total $1166. Our total raised Saturday was $1606. We also collected some money from the Sunday Mulligan money and the Club making our Overall total $1750. Of the total we collected $250 went to the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the remaining $1500 went to our dear friend and fellow disc golfer Jeff Flores. I would also like to thank Matt Alexander and Jeff Jacquart for all their hard work in making this fundraising event so successful. THANKS AGAIN Everyone!!

KTNV Channel 13 Action News Reporter Tina Patel spent the morning with and interviewed Jon Canonico, Arek Whitmyer and myself during the Ch. 13 Morning Show (5:00AM - 7:00AM). We had a total of 4 spots, (2 are here) and had a GREAT time promoting the sport that we all love so much! I'd also like to thank Tina for making this experience so very enjoyable and comfortable for all of us. I also want to thank Steve Berger for coming out and helping. And once again I have to Thank Casey Lewis (lvdiskgolf.com) and Crystal Bruce (KTNV, 6am Producer) for setting this up.
